I am looking to install some 200 Tread Wear tires but the only size for the front is 275/30/19 which has a different size diameter, circumference, and revolution than the stock 265/30/19. I would be using the stock wheels and I believe it would fit on the 9" width. Just wondering if choosing this wider size would throw anything off or have any fitment issues like rubbing. I wasn't sure if the front size and the rear size circumference needed to be the same since it is an all wheel drive and my thinking is that the front and rear must be going the same speed/rotation or something would get damaged. Of course that is just me and I believe the stock tire rotations are different already. Just looking for input. I included the specs on the tires.

Front and rear size need to be nearly identical as far as circumference. If the sizes are too different then it will cause extra wear and stress on the awd system and you will have traction control going nuts if it is too different.
The 275 appears to be close enough but who knows. Not sure if it would rub either. Maybe someone else has tried and can chime in?
The general guideline from Audi is that front and rear diameter / circumference has to be within 2% to avoid issues.
You should be fine with the 275s in terms of the AWD. As you note, the difference in diameter is actually less than stock (the 275/30s are closer in circumference to the 245/35s in the rear than the stock 265/35s).
As far as rubbing - I can't say for sure, but I would have a hard time believing 10mm width makes a difference. It's 5mm closer to the fender liner (0.2 inches) and 0.2 inches taller. Unless the stock fitment is super tight I can't imagine that makes a difference.
