squeaky suspension on 06 3.2
at low speeds, bumps, up or dowm inclines, my suspension squeaks. seems mostly form the back, much worse in the cold. Checked out twice by dealer, they just shrug and say nothing is wrong with car.
I have only 18 000 miles on this thing and its driving me nuts. Even thought of installing some coilovers to see if it helps.
Any ideas on how to further troubleshoot this?

might need to lube your RSB.
I know the rear sway bar bushings need an occasional lube. I've heard my squeak occasionally over speed bumps and such.
I little lithium grease should do the trick. I've even heard people use wd-40 but I can't vouch if that's a valid or ok fix.
It's an easy DIY, so let me know if you need instructions.

I will take you up on the offer! how do you do this?
it would be awesome if a little lube takes care of this, as the annoyance factor is very high. Thanks for the help.

No Problem...
The rear sway bar is a tubular bar that connects to each side of the rear suspension from wheel to wheel.
There are two U brackets that attach it to the subframe. There are two rubber bushings that hold it in the U bracket to allow it to rotate.
The squeak that you hear is the bar rotating in those bushings.
The bar is easily accessed from behind the car. You don't have to jack it up or ramp it, but it makes it easier. Please make sure the car is secured if you do jack it up.
Find the RSB. I've included the Neuspeed install instructions link for a visual. The Neuspeed bar is red...the stock one is black.
There is a good picture of the full bar from below...the top of that picture is rear of the car.
The U brackets are attached vertically and are located near the rear springs.
One you find them, just spray the bar where it contacts the bushing. Danham is right that silicone is the best...I meant to say that instead of lithium.
You should be set for a while...this is something that you'll do on occasion as a part of regular upkeep.

RSB Installation instructions

I also had a squeak\groan\thunk from my H&R sway bar
I sprayed the bushings with a spray lube (not lithium or silicone) and still had the noise.
I had a very good mechanic look at it and he could not pin down the noise. Then I disconnected the bar and drove around trying to duplicate the noise, nothing. I just disconnected it at the links to the rear control arms leaving it attached at the bushings that need lube. Hooked back up and all has been quiet ever since. That was several months and 10K miles ago.
I've got to wonder if the lube I used was not thoroughly distributed by regular movement and disconnecting the bar allowing it to hang free and turn further spread the lube around more thoroughly.
Keep in mind I bought the H&R because is supposedly does not need lubrication.
