Battery maintainer hook up 2011 A5

Any ideas how to hook up battery maintainer for 2011 A5. Jumper points are in the front where I would like the hook up, but the battery is in the trunk.
Any suggestions?

I hook mine up to the jumper terminals under the hood, works just fine.
