The euro cars with the TDI motor have different front rotors/hubs because of the additional weight of the motor. The rotor is also not two-piece.
so if its not a two piece, then is it lighter by construction than that in North America?
anyone know if the size is the same?
will it be a direct swap for the US market S5?

It seems they are 375 mm. Ours are 350 mm I think. :-(
Well, “You want to dance, you gotta’ pay the piper.” Personally, with my driving style, it’s a waste of $$$, but everyone is different.

Same here. Say as long as we are talking about brakes did you ever swap your pads out for a set that don't dust as much. After about 3 or 4 drives, maybe 60 miles total my wheels are covered with a brownish/red dust that is pretty thick. Getting a little tired of the dust, and the fronts dust worse that the rears? Do the '18 S5's have a severe brake dust problem?
