I know nothing about camping, but that is a pretty sweet looking tent.

It's like a Mars habitat.

[QUOTE=SD Nardo;25496762]Yep, the top pic is mine...and this has happened several times since this pic before my backpacking trips! Now at 36k miles still love this thing to death...though I must admit I have a deposit on the 2021 Bronco Badlands. Completely different animals and I really want both but that costs more cash than I can justify so I'm sure I will back out of the Bronco, I can't give up the S5 with all the practicality AND fun driving experience.
Fun fact, the S5 will even fit a Shiftpod2 tent at 6 feet and 70 pounds...so highly recommend lol

Great post. How did you get the SB to that location and keep it so clean, no dust on that planet? Looks like you are a hardcore camper with top notch equipment and fully utilize the capability of your Audi, cool. As far as the Bronco goes it is supposed to a game changer in off roading. I've seen videos https://www.motor1.com/news/438782/f...climbing-moab/ of it in Moab climbing rocks nearly vertical. The design is perfect and it will sell like no other vehicle ever, problem is trying to get one, could be a very long wait. If you can get your SB to the locales in your pictures, just think where you will be able to go in the Bronco...almost anywhere, and that will provide immense fun over-landing.

The Bronco has some cohonies.

Ford put a serious effort in developing the new Bronco. Here is a SAE article; 2021 Ford Bronco aims to kick some Jeep
