HI all--long-time lurker. It's been great reading about all your experiences with your Audis and seeing the sweet photos.

I placed an order for a 2010 S5, Meteor Grey with Magma interior, stainless mesh inlays.

I have an agreement to buy the car for invoice price + $750...but I have yet to find the invoice pricing anywhere and I want to be able to ensure that the dealer's numbers match up to my own.

Has anyone come across the invoice sheet yet?

The attachment in the thread that bobaballa sent you is from my invoice. Please remember that pricing on the Prestige Package has changed so all dealer invoices and MSRP stickers reflect that increase. I've hand written in those changes. This doesn't include all the invoice costs, only those that apply to my car. It has all the normal options, except adaptive cruise control.

You have a right to ask to see the Audi Invoice if that what your deal is based on.

I believe Edmunds.com has 2010 invoice pricing. I was checking it out this weekend.

Yes, that's true. I just checked it out. Be careful though, Edmonds price configurator isn't too intelligent. You can overlap options that are in other packages, therefore giving you a false sense of the car's price. For instance, I was able to configure a car both with Prestige Package as well as the Navigation package. Navigation package is a subset of the Prestige package.

Also, Edmonds is attaching the gas guzzler to the automatic which isn't accurate. Lastly, as you'll see on my dealer invoice, Edmonds doesn't show advertising/prep fees. It acknowledges these may exist from the factory, so some allowance should be given.

In the end, if you get the options configurations correct, this will give you a really good price to cost quote and it does include the correction now for the price change on the Prestige Package.

So what does the Prestige package include? I know it includes Navi. Does it include the Driver Assist? B&O Sound?

I'm not sure if the tri-spoke wheels are standard yet with this package. When I ordered it, they were optional and the cars are still being delivered with the bi-spoke wheel from 2009. I prefer that wheel anyway. This was copied directly from the order guide.
