at low rpm's. I just leased a 2.0 A5 one month ago and I noticed since 1-2 weeks ago that almost everytime that Im at a stop light or bumper to bumper in traffic and I want to accelerate the car hesitates and sometimes misfires at low RPM's. At highway speeds there's no issue and the car drives perfectly.

Im a little bummed about this since I really like this piece of machinery!!

Im going to take it to the audi repair shop but I just want to know if somebody else has this problem.

could be turbo lag, I have a 2010 A5 with 6-speed tiptronic, and I can feel a hint a turbo lag too at low speed, but not really a big issue as this is common to all turbocharged cars.

Maybe there is a software upgrade? Maybe take it to the dealer and see.

it sounds worse than just that. lag is lag, but misfire is not normal.

Sounds like a poor quality gas issue. Are you putting in 91 octane? If so where from? Try a different gas station to see if that resolves the issue.

The gf took her A3 in for service and was given a loaner recently. When we experienced the same issue the service guys said that someone probably put in 87 or 89 octane in the loaner.

Turbo lag is a huge problem for my 2.0 A5 even with the Stasis chip. If I had it to do over again.......S5.

I LOVE MY 2010 A5 3.2. THE V6 FEELS SO MUCH MORE SUITED/"RIGHT" FOR THIS CAR. I'VE DRIVEN THE 2.0T AND JUST FIND IT UNDERPOWERED AND "WINEY"

WHY COULDN'T AUDI USE THE ENGINE USED IN THE TTS WHICH PRODUCES 265 HP AND 258 TORQUE? ALMOST EXACT SPECS OF THE 3.2 V6.
