Looks like it...fender flares, wheels and hood scoop are straight from the UR Quattro Coupe.

ZF and BMW are reporting this tip works as well as the DSG.
that tip is for the A8, my dealer said it wont be in the S5.

Canadian Order Guide shows the 8 Speed Tip for the S5. My dealer and and other's online have confirmed this for the US as well.

My dealer in NY also informed me of the ZF-Tiptronic-8Speed in the next A8 and S5 keeping its 6Speed Tip for 2011.

The S5 is the 7 speed S-Tronic, not Tip.

in the cabrio it is, but the coupe wont get it until it gets the v6 engine

That was a mistake in the Canadian order guide and was corrected in a recent update. The Tiptronic in the S5 Coupe remains a 6 speed.

So is this car really the 30 year anniversary Quattro car "Project Anniversario ", with the 5 cylinder turbo motor (TTRS)and weighing 500 lbs less than S5?

Audi claiming poor sales, BMW claiming poor sales but the price of both cars keep going up, sound like our health-care systems (everyone claims loosing money, from doctor, pharmaceuticals, insurance etc but cost of healthcare keep sgoing up). :-)
