It's fixed
Audi gave an update to my dealer and they installed it last week and voila it's fixed !!
This is only for 2013 a5s of course as the 2012 doesn't do Bluetooth streaming

If it helps-I have a 2013 S5 Cab and stream Spotify and Pandora with Artist/Song/Album info showing up (usually). My MMI version # is HN+_US_AU3G_K0609_1. Good luck.
