The spacing on the A5 20" is ET29 and the spacing on the Q5 20" is ET33. Hopefully that will help. Sorry I can't give a definitive answer.

Thanks Jake , I may purchase these from a friend that live a decent drive away, do you have any suggestions on how/where I could find a solid answer if they will fit?

Why don't you just drive your A5 there and bolt one on to see how it fits?

Depending on what your current wheel size is, you may have some speedometer differences also..
