Edit: Memory mirrors are also not an available option in 2009. I'm sure that the extra value of the newly-available features plays into that pricing, inflating the cost of the 2.0T compared to the 09 3.2. This was just a little excercise to appease my curiosity.

Actually I forgot the $900 side assist and according to web site the 3.2 TFSI premium packages includes memory mirrors. The difference in Germany between 3.2TFSI and 2.0TFSI is bigger it seems (about 4000 Euro's excl. tax). Then again the German base price converted to $ is a lot lower in the US with the current exchange rate.

No idea what the DVD player does but I guess it allows you to play Music DVD's.
