Interesting. The A5 cab wasn't in the order guide that came out last week (only the S5) - is there already an update?
With Audi dropping the 3.2 in the A4 and the A5 cab now that the 3.0T is available, I would bet they will be dropping the 3.2 from the A5 coupe starting next year, once the 3.0T is available in the S5 coupe.
It seems like Audi is positioning the S4 and S5 against the 335i - I wonder if that means pricing for the S models will improve a bit with the new engine?

Wow, they are really cutting everything down. So will the A5 now only be available next year with the 2.0? Or the 3.2 will be on the coupe still? scottacus, if you are right, does anyone want to guesstimate what engine they would replace the 3.2 with?

I just checked the guide and it shows the A5 cab is available with following engine choice:
2.0 TFSI
3.2 FSI
3.0 TDI
Maybe the 2.0 TFSI is the only choice in your area?

Technically a turbocharger or supercharger is one more thing to break, but if properly maintained either should run for well over 100K miles without issue, especially as Audi has a lot of experience with forced induction. Of all the issues Audis have had, turbos have not generally been one of them. (Of course BMW has had a terrible time with the high-pressure fuel pump in its 3.0 turbo motor, so it does depend on the specific car/engine.)
