Anyone know when A5 demos will start showing up at the dealers?

Don't hold your breath. Audi is still producing only S5 models for the US market. My car was ordered late last month and isn't even in the production schedule yet. My guess is we'll see A5 models Stateside around April/May......and it can't come too soon.

I ordered mine on 11/7 and don't have any info on it. Dealer doesn't really seem to know too much about it either.

Once produced, the cars arrive in 30 days approx. It's the same old story....create demand and then fill the orders. And hopefully, our units will arrive as ordered. With the small number of options, they shouldn't have issues.

I ordered mine on SEPTEMBER 15th,and I still havn't been pulled out of the computer. This is f'in unbelievable!!

Ordered A5 S-Line on October 7 and build week 3 locked in on January 8. I think this is now build week 3, right? But, as with others, it shows a port hold until end of March, regardless. We'll just have to see if they release them sooner.

That sucks, Mike, if you ordered in September! You really should know your build week by now. If they hold true to that Spring port release, later builds may be the best way to go anyway.

Will do, though it looks like we are actually in build week 2 now, based on a post I saw elsewhere

In fact, some are already here. But Audi is holding them in port until the end of March. Mine has been here (in Canada) for over a month now.
