Since the resale value is compared to list price, not selling price, I'm guessing that the high resale rating is due mostly to the fact that a very high percentage of A5s sold at list price over the first couple of years, due to constrained supply.
Nonetheless, it goes to show that the A5 enjoys great popularity, and it's certainly better than heading up the "worst resale" list, for sure.
