Uber Sportback? Yes, however why purchase the Audi A5 Sportback when you could own the Toyota original for far less, really at the end of a typical ownership time frame, far less. Here’s what Me thinks,, An Audi designer overheard a BMW designer’s discussion who in turn overheard the Toyota designer,,blah, blah. Next the Audi guy runs his little feet back to HQ … and …wait for it.. The A5 Sportback! An A4/A5 chassis Sportback derivative, a model with little soul, no beginning.

I like the Sportback thingy, kind of. The A5 Sportback design will surely be on display at the upcoming Frankfurt IAA show so there will be many more dynamic photo’s to view’s. If the AoA brass are if at all spending time with the SB concept, “their fired”. Nice car the A5 SB however the AoA distribution company has more important fish to fry. Just at thought…….

Here is a nice respond from the Audi customer service after I requested more info for the Audi a5 sportsback to be sold in the US. Goes to show that they are still considering it if there is enough demand.

Shouldn't this be an A4???

I thought that the A5/S5 will be two doors..this is a 4-door. Please call it A4 Sportback.

Can't see why anyone would want an A4 is that was available. It is almost as sexy as the coupe.
