Default Adjusting Nav volume

Nav works but the volume is so low (or off) that I can not hear the directions. I did not see a volume adjustment in the manual. Any help? Thanks.

open the nav, then push the set up button. scroll to volume of spoken cues and adjust to your liking.

Still did not find it. Went to Nav then Set Up then Voice Command that only offered on/off - not volume. What am I missing?

When you hear the voice commands, turn up the radio volume control to increase the command levels.

At least that works in mine.

Another way I found was to
select Menu
Select Tone
Select Navigation top left
Select Prompt Volume.

That should get it.

what year? On my 2012, while I am being guided, I press in the right volume **** on the wheel. It repeats what was said prior and you can spin the wheel to make it louder. Very easy.

I will check that out. Mine is an '09 but it has the volume wheel. I like the repeat feature as well.
Thanks.
