the answer is yes you can, it will cost you around $2500 as a custom color (audi exclusive).

This looks to be Teak Brown Metallic. It's a color choice available on the 2010 Q7. Here's a link to see it on an A5 cabrio. Unfortunately, this color is availabe in European markets and not here for the A5 cab - and therefore it will be a $2500 premium.
