apr ecu for my 2013 rs5 is it worth it

i have a 2013 rs5 with an awe track exhaust and oe sport springs...i feel that the the throttle response hesitates a little to much low end... will i notice a difference with the apr tune with the overall driving..

Disclaimer: I don't own an RS5.
I wouldn't expect much from a tune. The fact of the matter is, the engine doesn't make max torque until 4000 RPM and even then, it's only 317 lb/ft, and that's not a lot considering the car weighs 4000 lbs. If it had forced induction then I suppose a tune might be a viable option to improve low-end.

I agree with previous poster. Tunes (chips, coding) make dramatic differences on forced induction engines (turbocharger, supercharger).
The reason is the tune increases boost. A tune for a normally aspirated engine (your RS5) will not make much difference.
