Hello,
I have an Audi A5 Sportback(2013) and i noticed today that, when it is in parking mode with air conditioning activated and with start-stop deactivated, and i try to open the door the car stopped alone, as i press on the ingnition off key.
I mention that i don t use the car for 2-3 weeks.
And this behaviour don t occur every time. Only for 2 times i managed to get this behaviour today. In the other cases it works normally. (with no stops alone)
This could be due to not using the car for a long time(2-3 week) and the battery can be a bit discarched? Or ? Have you faced this problem so far? It is a normal behavior? Or?

Sorry but with the second language english, I am trouble understanding what you are saying.I really don't understand "stops alone"

Trying to read between the lines here, are you perhaps saying that the engine shuts off as soon as you open the door? If so, my understanding is that is normal behavior on European spec cars for safety and legal reasons as in Europe it is illegal to idle an unoccupied car. Why it doesn't happen all the time for you, though, that I'm not sure. It should be consistent.

I would think you could recode that to happen or not to happen with Vagcom. Whether it would be legal or not in your country would be another matter. In the expanded coding format that is usually just a matter of finding the page for the coding string and selecting or deselecting a selection box.
