Default Re: Audi Care

When you purchase a new Audi 2007 or newer model year vehicle, you have the opportunity to purchase Audi Care, a comprehensive new vehicle scheduled maintenance service plan. The cost may be rolled into your vehicle payment, or, if you prefer, you may purchase the plan any time within 12 months or 12,000 miles after you purchase your Audi.
Audi Care covers the manufacturer-required regularly scheduled maintenance services at 15,000 miles, 25,000 miles, 35,000 miles, and 45,000 miles, or 5 years from the original vehicle in-service date, whichever comes first.
* The cost of Audi Care at the time of the new vehicle purchase or within 12 months or 12,000 miles is $590 MSRP
Additionally, an Audi Care Certified pre-owned Vehicle Plan is available. A customer who purchases an Audi 2004 model year or newer Certified pre-owned vehicle from an authorized Audi dealership in the U.S. will have the opportunity to purchase the Audi Care Certified pre-owned Vehicle Plan. The plan covers manufacturer-required regularly scheduled maintenance services at 55,000 miles, 65,000 miles and 75,000 miles, or 7 years from the original vehicle in-service date, whichever comes first.
* The Audi Care Certified pre-owned Vehicle Plan cost is $690. MSRP

http://www.audiusa.com/audi/us/en2/experience/Owners/Audi_Care_Plan.html</a

Default Thanks for the info S5nirvana....I thought I got taken when I bought

Audi Care. It works out to be about $150 per visit. Wasn't sure if it would actually cost that much on each visit. I thought about going to the service dept first to price out the schedule maintenance services. Then,I thought, with the cost of synthetic it should be about right.

Default Probably a good idea to go with Audi Care....

Doesn't the S5 require 10L of oil for an oil change? Flat rate for Audi Care makes it a good deal, no?

Default Yes I got Audi Care...Here are a few pictures

Dealership threw in Audi Care for free basically...so that was kinda nice of them. wasn't really expecting anything but it was a nice gesture.

Do you want pictures of anything in particular? Car is kinda dirty right now..but next time I wash it I'll be sure to take more.

Default I would say its worth it! Considering the dealer wants 130 bucks to change the oil in my 325CI....

and that's just the oil. So, $150/visit is probably a reasonable figure. But maybe someone on here knows approximately how much those service visits cost.

Patiently waiting:

Default Thanks for the pics! Great colour.

I am also considering deep sea blue but it isn't posted up as often as the black/white/meteor grays.... Do you find the interior hard to keep? I think the colour contrast is great but have never had a light colour interior -- all my Audi's have had black leather.
