Audi RS5 Won't Start - Engage P or N to Start Engine

I have taken out the battery and charged it fully at home. Went to go bring it back and installed, now full power. Went to go start car and I keep getting two errors on dash, Parking Brake Malfunction + "Engage P or N to start Engine"
I tried using the emergency gearbox unlock switch to move it to Neutral / back to park with trying to start it and still was receiving same error.
Car was running completely fine 2 weeks ago. I did have to get the car jumped to try and start it before and was wondering if using the terminals in the engine bay, if the cables were to hit the metal surround the "-" terminal if this may have blew some fuse or relay?
Does anyone have any ideas what it can be?

That's a tough one without seeing the car. But a start would be to get a code reader to scan the car. Vagcom would be preferable but maybe a generic would work. For the parking brake, with the key on and the engine off apply and release it, does it sound like both motors are engaging and releasing (an assistant would help)? If it sounds good try to engage, wait a few seconds, then disengage, then repeat about 5 times and see if that clears the message. Shifter fault with just the batter swap is a strange one. Since you don't have a code reader right now maybe unhook the battery and leave it disconnected for a few minutes and reconnect and see if that clears things up? I've disconnected and reconnected the battery in my RS5 multiple times recently with no faults so it could be related to your jump starting. Maybe post your location in your signature line and see if there is anyone around you with Vagcom to reply.
