Default AWE vs STaSIS exhaust

I know this has been brought up before but it's been awhile now and I was looking for input from those of you who use these exhausts. Longterm, any complaints? Any negatives with one versus the other? Any stories about installation issues? I'm going to buy one of these very soon and as of now, I'm leaning toward the AWE (along with the downpipes).

I have the stasis. Both are great companies you cannot go wrong with either.

The Stasis has a ton of cabin drone from 2-3k.

Default stasis = warranty

I don't know about you, but I'm not interested in hearing about something upstream from my exhaust not being covered because it was affected by my custom exhaust (you know the BS answers you can get)

So, I chose the stasis exhaust.

After hearing and driving both I'd go with the AWE

Thanks for the advice everyone. I've decided to go with the Stasis but may add the AWE downpipes later if I still need more grunt.

Have installed a few local S5's with AWE and everyone's been absolutely thrilled. Fitment is great and sound is beautiful.
Let us know if we can help you out with one too!

I've heard the AWE system with the down pipes, the sound is great but it's really quite loud, I'm not sure if I could live with it every day (and I like loud exhausts). I'd be a bit nervous about getting a ticket for it even.

The online video clips of exhausts probably don't do either exhaust justice, but of the videos I've seen, I like the AWE without the downpipes. The Stasis doesn't seem like a huge difference from stock, or maybe just not the sound I'm looking for. The AWE w/o the downpipes is more to my liking. AWE with the downpipes is too loud.
