Default Burning Smell on new A5

any other new A5 owners notice the burning smell when the car is parked.
i did not rev it high or drive it past 50.
yet when i put the car in park, it smelled like burnt rubber or something to that effect.
will it go away in a couple of days or should i be worried?

Depending on the smell its probably the coating in the exhaust burning off.

Yes this is normal for all new cars. While we're on this topic, one thing I noticed with my car is that occasionally I'll hear a sizzling sound coming from under the car after a drive... Someone mentioned that this is A/C condensation dripping and evaporating off the exhaust downpipe.

Funny thing... I asked my friend about this before I knew what it was and his response after hearing it was ... "damn, even the car knows its Hot..."

Had the same issue... must be coatings and plastics getting hot. It went away after a few days.
