2004? I like the 6 series, but not that much even with < 10K miles.

Default You guys just dont get it do you??

Your the ones kidding yourselves if your too full of Audi pride to admit you're wrong. It's pathetic. Get a clue, Audi's aren't the best thing to happen to the world. What don't you get? I said I believe what they write about BMW cause I've obviously seen for myself, and understand why BMW driving > Audi driving. Do I believe everything I read? Obviously not, I'm reading the garbage that you type onto this forum, and I don't agree with most of it. Audi's are great cars, how many times do I have to say this? But you guys are just being ridiculous. Wake up, get some modesty, and go drive a BMW back to back with an Audi. Or are y'all afraid to admit BMW's drive better. Go see for yourself, you don't have to read anything in a magazine. You mention the 5 series? Please go drive one and drive an A6 after. You should get off your high horse and go learn some facts, but then again, ignorance is bliss. Pathetic.

Default Like the others have said, BMW's don't drive better, they drive differenty to Audi's.

So again its personal choice in what you say about the handling etc. I'd say that the average BMW's drive better than the average Audi's however I think that the S and RS models definitely match up to the BMWs. Again though its personal preference as to what you want with it.

Why do you drive an Audi if you obviously like BMW so much more?

Default I don't like BMW's more, I'm just not closed minded.

I was never trying to argue that one company was better than the other, I just was helping justify
Mrtort's selection of the 645, because it does have some advantages over the S5. Namely, the steering and road feel, something most BMW's do better than most Audi's. Is steering feel all that goes into making a car great? No. And there are a lot of things Audi does better than BMW, but I was just pointing out one of the things BMW does better. I drive an Audi because of the Quattro, and tunable twin turbo, and the unmatched quality of interior craftsmanship and design. But Audi could learn a little about driver interaction and road feel from BMW, that's all I'm saying. And if this helps you guys sleep at night, BMW stand to learn a lot from Audi. But also, get real, S cars do not stack up against M's. The RS are finally becoming truly dedicated and driver oriented cars though and have finally put Audi on an equal playing field when it comes to performance.
