Default car and possible wind damage?

Hello from Canada, eh, lol
I had my car parked in a car tent and a huge wind storm ripped the tent from the ground scratching my car and it got caught on the front passenger side fender and was shaking the car violently, then when I started it up the next day I got a bunch of warning lights, now this just happened right after the storm..
Insurance is fixing the body damage, but car is off warranty now.
Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this before, I feel it's a sensor issue, something got knocked around during the wind, it's too coincidental that this happened right after the wind..
Any thoughts would be helpful, I can't get the car into the shop till the 28th
Thanks,

Jamie
