Default Chipping a Lease?!

Hey guys I'm currently patiently awaiting delivery of my A5 2.0T, I love everything about the car except the numbers its putting out. 211hp is pretty low, sufficient but for a car at this level I expected more. I know that chips make a big difference but I don't want to get in trouble since the car is a lease!

If i have to bring it in is it easy to remove and can the dealer tell...I think I already know the answer to this but I figured I would try. TIA!

Buy the STASIS program through Audi...all under warranty, no dealer issues.
