It's been only about a month since you placed your order - or has it been a year? Either your dealer was blowing smoke, or your heard what you wanted to hear, which was not accurate if only a month ago. There is no way an order can be taken and completed in a month. Without hearing both sides, it's impossible for us to make that call.
The dealer (who seems to be telling the truth) has no control and virtually never gets prior warning when order guides are changed. So it appears they anticipated the S-Line package to be available, and AoA recently (around the 22nd) told them it is not. If you follow this forum, it seems that S-Line cars are delayed due to wheels. So your dealer appears to be trying to keep you in the loop, even if it isn't what you want to hear. I see no evidence that they are lying to you on this matter.

You might have a smoother relationship with your dealer if you read ALL the threads posted by the various salespeople on this forum. Learn their screen names and use the info they post to verify what you dealer says or initiate a conversation with your dealer when applicable.
