on audiusa (I don't have my car yet): 60/40 folding.(see: Features & Specs; Interior)

Default yes, but the passthrough is kinda smallish
at least compared to the hugetacular trunk.. there's also the ski passthrough that goes through the middle of the seats so you can passthrough long, narrow objects without putting the seats down..

there are three options anyone can use.
All very practical
