Default Does iPhone 4 work with MMI?

Did a search and didn't see anything.

Have any of you guys with the new iPhone 4 tried plugging it into the MMI? Does it work?

Thanks!

Default Yup, no problems

My iPhone4 pairs just fine with the MMI -- great user interface for the iPod, too. Makes my old RS4 look incredibly primitive!

Thanks for the reply. My 3G iPhone works perfect, but I'll be picking up an iPhone 4 before the end of the month and just wanted to make sure it worked with MMI

My iPhone 4 linked via bluetooth has problems maintaining the connection with my 2008 S5. It drops connection fairly consistently eve time I drive the car. Very annoying. I've read other forum posts in apple forums that suggests it's a OS4 issue. Others have reported Bluetooth dosconnects when they upgraded a 3GS phone to OS4.

Just make sure you don't touch the iPhone 4 when using it in the car and you should be fine...

Do you get a loud buzzing sound right after dialing? I get this most of the time with my iPhone 3G and it's REALLY loud. From what I've read, there's nothing to do about it, but it drives me crazy.

Anyone else experiencing this with their iPhone (4 or older model)?

I used to have that issue with 2006 A8 , but the issue has been resolved withthe 3g mmi, NO BUZZING, an i know for a fact that the 4.0 Software works flawlessly with the new 3G MMI

I got the buzzing quite often with my 2008 S5 and 3GS. I have not had it happen yet with the iphone4 but it wouldn't surprise me if I encounter it eventually, since I am pretty sure it did happen with all the os4 betas on my 3GS.
