So I finally hit 1000 miles (break-in mileage) today and so wanted to test the car out for the first time. I got to a stop light which just turned red and I was getting ready to floor the car. Another car pulled up beside me but I was too focused on getting the launch right and didn't notice it was a cop. I messed up the launch a little but kept pushing it. I saw the other cars disappear in my rear view mirror (still didn't see that the car next to me was a cop) and I went up to ~60-65 mph on a 45 mph zone. Then another stop light turned red in front of me and I came to a stop. Then I finally noticed that the car in the next lane was a police car and saw the two officers laughing and admiring my car. I was scared ****less and was thinking they're going to pull me over anytime now. But instead when the light turned green they floored their car (as if they were trying to drag race me) and disappeared. With a sigh of relief and a smile on my face I drove like a granny until they were completely gone.

In my case I started to play with a guy on a Saab 9-3 or something like that, I had my 2004 A4 at the time so I though the guy was just playing, sinc eI let him pass me, and I passed back... at the next light he pulls next to me and when I rolled the window down, he showed up the badge and told me to slow down... thumbs up and left.
