I have a 2012 A5 2.0 Quattro....just this week, I noticed that the front defrost seems to be only blowing cold air and as a result, the front window won't defog. I literally just had it in last week for 45k service. Tried resetting, tried re configuring temperature and AC controls. Any tips on other tricks to try?

What was your temp set at? When you turn on the defrost, the AC comes on to provide dehumidified air. Unless your temp is above the inside air, it is going to be cold/cool
