Default Gloss vs. Flat Bumper Insert
I noticed that some A5's have the flat black front bumper inserts like the S5 and S-Line, while most have the glossy one, like my 2010 A5.

I much more prefer the gloss. In my opinion, the gloss is much classier.

Does anyone know why this is? Is this a model year thing?
Just curious.

The 3.2 gets the gloss black filler plate, and the 2.0T gets the matte black/gray plate.

Interesting viewpoint. For the front grill assembly, I think flat black is much classier. To each his/her own! =)
