Default Is this a good deal for a used S5
I am looking at getting a 2009 S5 certified pre-owned with 20k miles on it. It's got Nav, B&O sound, 6MT. Dealer is asking $45k - is this a good deal or should I look elsewhere?

I would say yes. I just bought a 2010 with 27K on it and I got it at a steal for 52K. They're hot and the dealers in Houston are asking a premium for them.

Picked up a "used" 2011 with Prestige, 6,800 mi on ODO, $54,500.

that doesnt sound like a "steal" on a 27k mile car.

i just bought a CPO ed 09 s5 with 26k mile. loaded except drive select. for 42000. + tax/title.. i thought that was pretty good.
