that is a pretty good deal, only downside is, if it was a lease return the dealer took in then they made almost $10k on you. End of lease buyouts is low $30s on 08/09 S5s

That is a solid deal. I bought my 09 CPO (loaded with every single feature, plus integrated radar detector) with 28K miles. It was just under $50K, and was one of the best deals in my area (NJ).

I received a similar deal on my CPO in Southern Ca. Where are you located, and what's the color combo of your S5? Auto or manual? Can be a factor in pricing...
