GPS fail :: antenna issue?

On a recent trip, my GPS just up and failed.
Looking in the "hidden menu" system, it appears that there are no visible satalites - i.e. there is something wrong with the GPS antenna. (no issue with radio though).

I would love to test the theory by replacing the antenna - but not sure how to source. I have a spare GPS antenna from an old pioneer headunit - but the connector is slightly different.
anyone know where to get a replacement antenna or even just the connector?
thanks!!

Update
The image above shows the radio tuner in the trunk. not the GPS or navigation unit. I believe the double white connector is for HF and FM tuning; the double black is the MOST connector and the green is the TV tuning connector.
any other help is welcome please
