H&R 1" OE Sport Springs vs. 1.3" Sport Springs
Apparently, the 1" Drop springs are OE Sport, and the 1.3" are Sport. So that would mean the 1" Springs won't be as stiff as the 1.3" Springs. I wonder if anyone has experienced the difference of feeling between OE and Sport.
Response from allshocks.com:
"The H&R OE Sport springs are softer and lower the car less than the H&R Sport springs. Though the H&R website does have them both listed as Sport springs, their 2008 printed catalog, which has not yet been generally released yet, does make the distinction between the two.
H&R has spacers listed for the S5 online, however the part numbers that they list are for a Mercedes hub center bore, not an Audi center bore. I have not yet been able to confirm one way or the other exactly what will work."

Re: Interesting it notes mercedes. H&R spacers I got say mercedes S class on the box.
Audi increased the bore size on the S5, and presumably on future models as well, from 57.1 mm to 66.5 mm (the same bore size as MBZ). Thus, wheels that fit MBZ will also fit the S5, assuming the proper offset.
