we had a problem with an A5 recently. The seat back mounted button for the "entry assist" seat function stopped working. The normal seat adjustment buttons worked fine, and the seat back switch would interrupt the normal seat adjustments, but the convenience setting stopped working, as did the auto-headrest retraction when the seat back was tipped forward.
Anyone with a similar experience, and a fix?

Mine actually works too well, in that I've inadvertently hit it a number of times. Sorry, can't assist.
