It's a shame that a poor dealer experience would make you turn your back on the S5. However, the pre-sale experience is a precursor to what the post-sale experience would be I suspect. Seems to be a lot of discussion on the boards about 335i, M3, C63, pre-owned M6 etc as competitors to the S5. Maybe one of those would be a suitable substitute. i went to UP today and the associate sales manager was a total douchebag. i told him what i wanted and he said that he'd do a search and came back with nothing...funny since i know dfw audi has exactly what i told him sitting on their floor. UP won't get my business, boardwalk is iffy. they were helpful but seemed too busy to really help out. going to hit up dfw tomorrow on my way to work

just to let you know. there's a meteor gray w/ magma red int, 3k miles for 55.9k at park place porsche. i liked the price but not the color combo or the sales guy
