I was wondering if anyone has had any issues with syncing the iPhone via bluetooth for phone usage. It seems that more times than not it does not default to the handsfree mode of the car and when it does it tends to make a horrible feedback noise that only stops if you hit the Audi link button on the phone.

Anyone experiencing similar issues?

yep..... right now mine isnt even connecting via BT anymore

Mine works well, but I get that annoying sound too. I have had to re-sync a couple times.

also get that VERY loud disconnect tone sometimes.

Glad I am not the only one...I have found that if you remove any other BT devices from the paired list it seems to minimize the irritating sounds but does not eliminate them. Maybe version 1.1.3 of the firmware will solve some of these issues, but who knows.

I had problems as well but try to disconnect and connect again - it will connect again. Have you guys tried the iPod adapter for the iPhone? Got one from madaudi.com and it works great - downloaded the phone #'s (too bad only 150 #'s can be transferred over), have to do the rest manually.
