Buying or leasing a 2014 A5 Convertible for my wife. I completely understand the buying calculations but any input or analysis of the following lease terms will be appreciated:

Out of pocket $ 1,200
Monthly pymt $ 686.99 plus 8% sales tax

Money factor .00072

Forgot to mention $695 acquisition fee and my total out of pocket at lease inception is $1,200 so yes the acq fee is built into lease. Invoice is $52,487 so the net cap cost is $362 below invoice.

looks compettive, great money factor. might check to see i that is the buy rate money factor, i usually try to negotiate to that. if it is, then I would say you are golden. If you have never leased before, 10k miles per year is not very much

The .00072 money factor is better than the buy rate so I know it's good. As for leasing……..yes we have leased before. This will be wife's car and for the past 8 years her mileage has averaged about 8k per year. We drive my S6 or Yukon Denali when we take road trips. Although, we might use the A5 Cab for a summertime road trip or two. Anyway, I'm confident that 10k per year will be sufficient.

Looks pretty straightforward... ~$650 over invoice before loyalty is a good negotiated price.
