Hi, does anyone know the lease residual for a 15K, 36MTH lease. Searching the forum i found only 12k residual at 59%, but if anyone has more info for October, would really appreciate it.

since beginning of its lease rates in june- .00175 MF 54% residual for october MF drops to 0.00164 but residual drop too to 53%.

15K mile residuals for the RS5 are as follows:

12 mo - 64%
24 mo - 60%
27 mp - 58%
30 mo - 56%
36 mo - 53%
39 mo - 51%
42 mo - 49%

Add 2% for 12K miles/year and 3% for 10K miles
Audicare adds 1% to the residual

There are no special lease rates on the RS5. The standard lease rate is .00164 for 12-36 months and .00184 for 39-42 mos.

These numbers are good through Nov 1st.

thanks everyone and apologize for not clarifying earlier, but i'm looking for residual for a S5. The link has residual of 56% for S5,but not sure if that's for 12k or 15k/yr. thank you.

Pretty sure it's 15k - at the bottom is states that if you want 12k/yr add 2% to the residual, 3% for 10k/year.

picked up my leased car 9-10 days ago.. did the math.. comes out to 59.7% at 12k for 3 yrs. nothing on the lease about 15k miles adding a certain percentage.
the 56% that you're looking at is probably the prestige package lease residual.
there's a 4% difference in residual between prestige and premium.
