Default Did production for pick up that much that the wait is now only three months or is the dealer talking

bs? In Germany at least, you still have to wait for 6 months after your dealer receives an allocation.

Default I moved up the waiting list...

Sometimes it helps to be lucky. As of a week ago I was 6th in queue at my dealership, having placed my order Dec 1. They had received only 2 S5's since October. But then the guy who was number 1 in queue dropped out, and my sales rep managed to pull my order up to be first. Their first 2009 allocation is scheduled for July delivery, so that's when my car is expected.

Default That is correct. You can only get as many S5s as what you have as a BPO

My BPO for the year was 7 , I will not get anymore than that.
