Default McKenna Audi in So Cal - $10000 Markup on Stripped A5

Just got back from McKenna Audi off of the 605 anf Freestone and they have a white A5 in the showroom, stock 6spd except for Premium package and they have a $10,000 mark up on the sticker price, so if you act quick you can get a brand new A5 for the price of an S5 LOL.

I think they were asking $52,500 for it.

BTW, there is a loaded A5 Sline at Newport Audi for the same price lol.

Default I almost think that people who pay an extra $10K above sticker deserved to get ripped off.

Well, maybe not, but if someone goes in there and pays $52K for that car....sheesh, I guess they don't deserve to keep their money if they are that wreckless with it.

I think Mckenna's just trying to match the prices in Canada.

Maybe they were trying to try andconvince me it is as rare as the S5?

It was parked in the showroom right next to a used R8. I tried to open the door on the R8 and the salesman told me it was sold. Mind you I was wearing sweats, a t shirt and a ballcap. About 15 minutes later a guy in a suit was walking around and checking out the R8, same salesman comes over, engages him in conversation and then proceeds to open the R8 up for him to sit in and check out.

That right there tells me I would never buy a car from that dealersip!

One of the worst experiences I had was at McKenna. Avoid.

Default I bought my first Audi from there years ago and was taught a hard lesson.

It still pains me when I think about it.

I think they were the first to have an S5 available for the basement low price of $80K too!

You have to know someone there if you're going to make a purchase from them.
