It does music videos and movies at any resolution unlike the Jukebox which requires iPhone resolution. Video is off while moving unless you use a Vag-Com to enable it.

I got my cable yesterday and it works great. I see the album covers, music videos, movies and I think I saw the folder for podcasts but I don't have any so I am not 100% sure. I saw a folder for TV SHOWS too.

When watching the MOVIES feature, it goes to the next video in the list. Be careful if you have anything risque on your iPod. Jus' sayin'.
