MOISTURE IN THE HEADLIGHTS
Hello everyone, I went to inspect my new A5 that they brought in for me today. They had just washed the car before I arrived but I noticed both front headlights looked foggy. Could this be a bad seal on both headlights? Has anyone else had this happen? Both front headlights looked like they had moisture on the inside of the glass even after driving the car for 1 hour.

Your car is showing all the signs of a car that has had front-end damage. If he repairs were made by Audi at the factory or at the port of entry, your dealer may not have known about them. In any event, I would kick this up to Audi.
If it were me, I would not want the car.

The first time I washed my car I noticed this in my passenger headlight, but it has never reoccured (see pic). I doubt there was damage done to your car. If it does turn out to be faulty seals, you have a warranty. Just enjoy the car.

Being that your in Ontario it could just be from your car sitting outside in single digit temps if not colder and being brought in to wash. Chances are it was over a 60 degree temp. swing. Then the LED lights inside create some warmth. I'd mark it up as nothing more unless its reoccuring over and over. My car did it once at the delearship when I bought it. Similar to what I stated above. Since then its never done it.

The light will show some moisture, because the lights do have vents built in to them we are told in training. This common and will come and go over time. Do not worry.
