First the water pump goes, then the windows dont go down due to freezing up (so can't close doors properly) now low oil warning light comes on after 5,000 kms only. One dealer tells me that it's normal, that the 2.0t could burn up to 1 pint every 2,000 kms, the other says to put it through an oil burning test. I've had 30 cars, NONE OF THEM burnt oil like this. Can anyone tell me if all 2.0'S are like this ?? This is supposed to be one of the best engines in the world ????

That said, other than that...the A5 has been extremely trouble free for me

I have had my A5 2.0T for almost exactly three years and duing that time, I have had to add a quart of oil four or five times not counting the regular oil changes done by the dealer. For whatever reason this was not an issue with my 2006 VW GTI which used essentially the same engine. Wish I had better news on that front.
That said, other than that...the A5 has been extremely trouble free for me

I've had my S5 Cab for 21 months now, 17,600mi., I drive casually, never push it hard, have added only one qt. of oil between oil changes.
Never had any problems..............ZERO...............with anything.
My S5 is by far the BEST car I've ever owned, period. Not even close to any other brand, including BMW, Corvette Z06, and Infiniti.
Nothing but pure JOY. Wall to wall quality and excellence.
Sorry to hear about your problems. Your Audi dealer is there for you.
Use them.
