While an LED light is less prone to fail and has a much longer lifespan than a traditional bulb, the downside is that you have to replace the entire very expensive assemby instead of just a bulb should one fail.

While it may be, physically, possible to crack open the assembly and experiment replacing a single LED light out of the cluster, that's never going to happen at the consumer level.
If one quits, replace the entire unit or live with it being defective.
That's one of the downsides to LED light clusters. They're great until they aren't and, when they aren't, they are expensive to replace.
