I hope to God I don't make the same mistake in cars. Yep, you could have asked for a $4000+ discount on the S5. But who cares - as long as you are grinning ear to ear - that's all that matters.
Very funny. I meant it was sensible for me. Now, what sensible means to each of us is a different story.
They gave for my car $ 42,000 (I paid $ 48,000) and lowered the price of the S5 by $ 2,500.
Would I have got a better discount without bringing in the A6? Perhaps.
I decided to loose the money I had to loose for making a mistake in my car election and thought it a sensible thing to do since I drive my car constantly and enjoy it enormously.
No regrets at all.

But I honestly do not get how you guys are able to get a "sensible" deal on a car that you've had for a few months and to switch into something else. I've tried doing that in the past, even with my S4 I tried and was getting soaked.
Unless you're using the word sensible very loosely, I'm still amazed. Sorry for my immaturity in understanding this but anyone want to shed light?

I fear for you laddy. Your girlfriend might kill you first (before your wife makes sure you're double dead), since you're spending less money on your girlfriend by blowing $60,000 on that new car. GF will be more jealous of the car ..hahaha
