Ok, so importantly, what is the actual environment. MY17 Q7 (so type 4M), 3.0T, which means the CREC engine. So not a B8 vehicle, and not an engine that was in any US B8 vehicle. Wiring diagrams are specific to the type model (4M, for the Mk2 Q7). It cannot be assumed the wiring is identical, even for similar components, between different types. This forum for example is for the type 8T (B8 A5 coupe/sportback) and type 8F (B8 A5 cabriolet). They did use the EA837 3.0T supercharged engine, but not the EA837evo 3.0T supercharged engine (at least not in the NAR market).

Unfortunately, Audi stopped bothering to visually document the wiring harnesses about 10 years ago. So we're left having to wonder from the wiring diagrams document which plugs those wires might go to.

third document is for the CREC in the 4M

Looks like plug T3dn for the G688 turbo (I assume it means supercharger) speed sensor 1 is white/red on 1, red on 2, and brown on 3.
Plug T2dk for the N421 compressor magnetic clutch is black/red on 1 and green/yellow on 2.
Plug T2bp for the G694 engine temp control sensor is black on 1 and green on 2.
But I don't think I notice any black + green/yellow.

SMac770 ----- Major Thanks
Just to ask for position 1 or 2 on the harness terminals.... Is it when looking at the back of the harness where the wires go in left to right (left being position 1?) or vice versa? Meaning is position one looking at the front of the harness (plug) left to right (left being position 1).

Thanks for clarification.

Ready to get this 3.0L 2995CC V6 Fl Supercharged CREC back up and going!

The numbering is always as dictated on the connector itself. Look on the plugs, they have numbers on them.

So that is what magnifying glasses are used for. Thanks again SMac770.
