Default I'm moving there in Dec and am dreading it to no end. I just hope they won't bother with enforcing

Washington state's law about front plates.

Default Take the chance and leave it off

We have the same law in Nevada -- plate required front and back. I've lived here for 12+ years and have never had a plate on the front. I hope I'm not jinxing myself by saying this, but I've never been stopped, for that or anything else. The car looks so much better without the plate on the front so I'd say it's worth the gamble. But, then, I do live in Nevada.
